Merry Christmas!! 2009!

This past Christmas was absolutely AMAZING!! I have been excited for Christmas since Halloween haha i was a little shocked when Christmas actually came, because it took FOREVER to finally come but at the same time it came SUPER fast!! haha I LOVE Christmas! It is over all the BEST holiday ever! I just love the Christmas joy and Spirit that it brings, when Christmas is here it seems like nothing can go wrong! I just LOVE it! Words can't express the feelings that I have about Christmas! I am also a HUGE fan of remembering the TRUE meaning of Christmas - the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! One of my favorite quotes about Christmas is " Christmas isn't about the presents, it's about being in His presence." To me Christmas is a break from the world, it always seems easier to be Christlike this time of the year! We all just need to try to be Christlike and giving ALL year around!! haha So that's one of my New Year Resolutions!! haha Anyways... back to this past Christmas haha!!
Like i said before, my Christmas was absolutlely AMAZING!!! To start off my fabulous Christmas I went to my mom's. We celebrated Christmas on Christmas Eve, since this year I was with my dad for Chirstmas. Our Christmas was pretty awesome!! haha We started off the night before watching Elf and Christmas movies, well atleast i did!! Haha i think my stepdad, Skip, was about sick of watching Elf - I suggested watching Elf throughout ALL of December! haha i think a watched it about 48 times!! haha :) It's the best Christmas movie EVER!! haha anyways when our Christmas finally came my mom woke ME up at like 5:45!! YEahh cuz she had to work... but o well it was good anyways haha! I got so spoiled this Christmas, well i guess i do every Christmas haha! I got great gifts! I got candy, really cute clothes, a dress for church, hair stuff, and my big present was............... my very own............ LAP TOP!!! Yeahh!! It's soooo awesome!! It's light blue, my fav color!! haha Yeahh it's awesome! I had an amazing Christmas with my mom and Skip and thank you guys for making Christmas extra special!!! :) Love you guys!!
On Christmas Eve at 6PM my Dad and Emily came to pick me up and we headed off to Utah! The drive there was pretty crazy!! haha We were jammin out to David Archuleta's Christmas CD the whole way and my dad sang, well tried to sing :) haha, to EVERY song even if he didn't know the words-- he'd make up his own!! haha That's my dad for ya! haha When we finally got to Utah we headed over to the Salt Lake City Temple! I was determined to see the Temple lights sometime this month and I am so glad that got the opportunity to see them! It was my first time ever seeing the Temple lights! When we got there I was so excited! The lights were astonishing!! So BEAUTIFUL!! It was the most beautiful thing i have ever seen!! After an hr, we were to frozen to keep walking around and looking at the lights, so we headed over to the corner to have Temple hot chocolate haha :) after seeing the lights we headed over to my grandma and grandpa Maughan's house! Christmas Eve was so much fun ! When we got there my aunt and uncle, Tonya and Bryan, were there with their kids, Bryton, Alex, Aubrie, and Sara! I had so much fun with my cousins! They're awesome! haha
Finally, after not being able to fall asleep of the excitement for Christmas and presents, Christmas morning came!! The Nields had their Christmas downstairs while me, my dad, and Em had ours upstairs! It was nice being with the Nields and also each of us kind of having our own family Christmases! Just like at my mom's house, my dad and Emily SPOILED me!! haha I got a ton of awesome presents! Some things that i got were candy, cute clothes, books, jewelry, some stuff for my zune, speakers for my zune, slippers, and a new GORGEOUS set of scriptures! They have my name on them and everything! i LOVE them! :) and for my biggest gift, which i was totally convinced that i wouldn't get until like February, was a new cell phone!!! It's awesome! and it's blue! It's a LG XENON Touch!! I have been wanting one FOREVER and whenever i asked my dad and Emily for one they've flat out said no! So I was so excited when i opened it!! haha I had another amazing Christmas with my dad and Emily! Thank guys! Love you 2!!
The rest of my Christmas weekend was so awesome! It was filled with spending time with my family and opening more presents!! haha! Well i had a great time spending time with my awesome fam, especially getting to hang out with my CRAZY FUN cousins! haha I mostly hung out with Bryton, ofcourse, and Alex, AND little adorable Brooklyn!! haha good times haha well anyways i am way grateful for this past Christmas and for the amazing memories that i will always have a cherish from it! And one last time i would like to thank my parents, grandparents, cousins, and aunts and uncles for making my Christmas AMAZING!! I hope you all had amazing Christmases like mine also! Love you all and Merry Christmas and Happy new year!!

Happy 14th Bday to me!!!! haha :) Dec16

This past Wednessday, December 16, was my 14th bday!! I have been waiting for my bday FOREVER!! haha and Wednessday it finally came!! It kinda felt like my bday dragged on for 2wks though!! haha because the wkend b4 my bday i celebrated it with my dad and Emily! Saturday I had a couple friends come over and we just hung out! It was pretty fun! haha We were pretty darn crazy!! haha just ask my dad:) haha thanks Em and dad for putting up with us!!! haha Then on Sunday I had a family party!!! It was wayyy wayy fun!! Then my real bday came along and I had a CRAZY day!! haha In the morning I opened the presents from my mom and Skip, then headed off to school! School.... haha wow! I heard a lot of ''HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMRY!!!" and my friends helped make my day fantabulous!!! haha My friend Jori decorated our locker, and it looked absolutely AMAZING!! haha thanks Jamry:) hahaa After school my grandma and grandpa Erickson, and Em, took me out to dinner! We went to Johny B. Goodes! One of my faves!! It was absolutely delish!! I loved it! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa:) After dinner I went to Mutual! I am finally a Miamaid!!! WOO HOO!!! :) For mutual, we went caroling.... It was Christmas caroling with a twist... This is what happened... K so we went to like 5 houses and EVERY house shut the door on us! They were all mean about it 2!!!! And one house was MY house! yeah! My dad and Emily shut the door on us!! I was so confused and sad! Me and Kenna were about in tears and all of us didn't know what to do. So we finally went back to the Church and our leaders showed us a clip of Mary and Joseph when they were looking for someplace for Mary to have baby Jesus. I got a little teary eyed and realized what the twist was. We had somewhat experienced what Mary and Joseph went through. It was a really good lesson! i loved it!

Then the Saturday after my bday my mom took me and Jori to get facials and manis and pedis! Thank you mom!! It was so much fun, and WAYYY relaxing!!! We loved it!! haha :)

Well anyways to sum it all up, I had an awesomely, amazing bday!! Franklin Basketball 2009 - The Blue Team!!!!

I had a BLAST this past basketball season! I made the blue team at FMS! My team was awesome! Our record in the regular season was 8 wins - 2 loses. We ended up being 1st place going into the tournament-- we were tied with FMS white team and Hawthorne--. In the tournament we ended up losing (thanks to the refs) to Hawthorne. Let me just say this, the game was rigged. We were all devestated and frustrated, and if you know me I'm pretty competitive... well anyways the game was so freakin' close! Ahh I still can't talk about it without getting mad! haha I almost had a throwdown with this one girl.... 23..... urg.. haha well anyways besides that last game, which we only lost by 2 pts, the season was pretty dang fun! I started all of the games, which i was pretty happy and excited about, and I met a TON of new friends!! I loved my team and I am so happy that i decided to try out this year! Thanksgiving weekend!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! This past Thanksgiving was great! I spent it with my mom's side of the family. We stayed in town and my Nana, who drove ALL the way here from Arizona, came down to spend the holiday with us! I was so grateful that I was able to see her and spend some time with her! I had a ton of fun! For Thanksgiving dinner, we went over to my great grandparent house! Dinner was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! haha I ate soooo much! haha ofcourse! If you know me, I tend to eat a lot, and I'm always hungry! haha I don't know if that's a good thing or not... haha well anyways... For dessert we had pie! It was... Delish! haha The best part about dessert though, was that my 2 little cousins, Zoe and Taje, came over! It was good to see them again! I had so much fun with them! They are WILD! haha but that's what makes them so much fun and SOO CUTE!! haha I had a lot of fun this past Thanksgiving and I had a wonderful expierience that I hope will happen again! Thank you mom, nana, Granny, and the rest of my wonderful family for making Thanksgiving AwEsOmE!! :)

The rest of this past week/wkend I was with my dad and Emily. My grandma and grandpa Maughan came down to spend time with us! It was a lot of fun! Our weekend was full of shopping, laughing, and eating a lot of food(well mostly just me, dad, and grandpa!)! haha Plus we went and saw The Blind Side! It was fantastic! You should go see it! haha I had a great time! Thanks guys! :)

Since it was Thanksgiving this past wk, I would like to say thank you to all of my family and friends, I am especially thankful for my parents! They are the biggest blessing in my life! I am also thankful to have the Gospel in my life! It has helped me so much! I am so thankful for the Book of Mormon, and all of the many wonderful tools that my Heavenly Father has put in my life to help me grow closer to Him and to help my Testimony grow! I am so thankful for all the blessings He has given me! I am especially thankful for the power of prayer! Prayer has been a HUGE part of my life! I am also thankful for my Savior, Jesus Christ. I am thankful for the atoning sacrifice He made for me! I am so thankful for His love and comfort, and that He is always there for me no matter what! I am also thankful for the Gift of the Holy Ghost. I am thankful for my Heavenly Father and for all of the blessings in my life!

Lastly I would like to thank everyone who has helped me in my life, whether through example or just by being my friend and standing by me and helping me out and making my life freakin' AMAZING! haha :) I really appreciate it!

David Archuleta Christmas concert!!!!!!!!

AHHH! Okay so this last Tuesday, Emily picked me up early from school. I had no idea why. So when we got in the car there was flowers in the front seat and a balloon that said " HAPPY BDAY!" on it.. I was a little confused, because my birthday is in December and yeah, so anyways she said it was for me, because she got me an early bday gift! So we were heading to SLC, and i still had no idea what was going on! Finally she told me... she had got me, her, and my grandma M. tickets to David Archuleta's Christmas concert! I was so excited and happy! 2 of my favorite things: Christmas music and David Archuleta!!! Haha When we finally got to SLC, we went to the Gateway and met up with my grandma and grandpa and went to eat. We ate at this really good Italian place, but at the moment I can't remember what it is called! haha After we walked all the way to the Abravanel Hall! I was so excited! We finally got there and went to our seats. We got pretty good seat! 20th row!!! Yeahh baby! haha anyways it took awhile for the concert to actually start, then finally David's opening act came out. His name was Paul... something.. i don't remember his last name. He was pretty good, but i was to excited to see David! haha Finally when Paul was finished singing, which he did a very good job, David came out! AHHHH!!! haha! He started out singing Waiting for Yesterday, A Little to not over you, The Riddle, Zero Gravity, Crush, Fields of Gold, and Prayer of the Children! Then he started singing, ofcourse, his Christmas songs! He was AMAZING! And SOOO cute! He has the cutest personality, and he's so down-to-earth! He sang pretty much ALL of my favorite Christmas songs ( i love Christmas music!) including, my absolute favorite, The First Noel!!! He also sang a Christmas song that he wrote, Melodies of Christmas! It was amazing!!! The concert was SOOOO much fun and David is absolutely adorable!!! Thank you Emily for buying the tickets! It was an AMAZING gift! and thankyou Grandma for coming with us and making the concert so much fun and also thank you for his CD, which I can't stop listening too! It's SOOO good! NEW MOON!!!!!!!! (sigh!)

AHHHHH!!! November 20, 2009, was amazing!!! The movie New Moon, the sequel to Twilight, came out!!! It was the BEST! I saw it last night at 9:50 p.m.! I went with Emily, Kenna, Ken's sis Whitney, and her mom Jan! It was a lot of fun. Me and Emily got to the Theatre at around 8:20 to stand in line, I couldn't wait!!! Thank goodness we did too, or else we would've gotten horrible seats! We ended up getting really good seats! I had a perfect angle of Jacob! haha jk jk! Once the movie started, I was kind of in shock that I was actually there! haha And I have to admit when Jacob (Taylor Lautner) came out I sighed! SIGH!!! He was really good in the movie! The movie followed the book almost perfectly! It was really reallly really fantastic! haha I still can't decide if I am Team Jacob or Team Edward, but why should I have to choose?! I love them both! haha! But in the movie, Jacob is way way cuter than Edward... Well anyways, everyone should go to New Moon! It's really good and I liked it better than Twilight, and I absolutley LOVE Twilight so... yeah! haha Oh! And Eclipse comes out June 30, 2010 - So everyone save the date!!! haha! I'll see you there! haha Oh and thanks mom for letting me go I am so happy you did, and Emily thanks for taking me and coming and making my night so much fun! and for the awesome Jacob shirt you bought me! New Moon!

IT"S SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!

YAY!!! It officially started snowing this morning, and I am SOOOOOOOOOO freakin' happy!!! haha! I absolutely LOVE the snow when it is around Christmas time and December! AHHH! I am so excited for December! December is definately my favorite month of the year, because of my birthday, which is December 16, and ofcourse, CHRISTMAS! haha! I love Christmas! It's the best holiday ever! And now that it's snowing, that means that winter is here and that December and Christmas are right around the corner! haha Yesterday it snowed a little and me and Presli were freaking out, and now it's like really, really snowing outside! haha I hope it keeps going! haha Well I just wanted to tell everyone that so... HAVE FUN IN THE SNOW EVERYONE! :)

This last Friday night was so much fun! I hung out with one of my bestest buddies, Presli! We pretty much just talked, got on the computer, drank hot chocolate, ate popcorn. and talked some more! haha We are both SOOO excited for December, because we both LOVE Christmas! So, when she came over and we were done with the computer we decided that we wanted to watch a Christmas movie. So we watched the BEST Christmas movie ever.... ELF!! haha We didn't get to watch the whole thing though.. so we decided that we would finish it next time we hang out! So instead of finishing Elf we went in my room and ate hot chocolate and popcorn and... prank called people! haha!! It was so funny! We both aren't very good at it, but that's what made it so much fun and hilarious! haha Thanks Pres for making last night so crazy and fun! haha

Sorry it's a little late... but...... HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!! For this past Halloween we hung out with the Downs. To start it off, we met them at our Stake's trunk or treat! I decided to dress up this year! I was a Fairy Princess!!! Haha I was inspired to be a fairy because we had Fairy Tale day at school for Red Ribbon Week... p.s. Don't do drugs!!! haha anyways.. The trunk or Treat was really fun! Kayden dressed up as Scooby Doo and Keirsten dressed up as Cinderella!! They both looked WAYY cute!!! They got a lot of candy at the trunk or treat too. I ate some of it, and Dang! It was delicious!! haha I went around at the end and got myself some of my own candy too! YAY! haha Later, me and Kayden got more candy, cuz i took him trick or treating!! haha It was pretty fun.....haha. AFter trick or treating, we went back to my house and had ourselves a par-TAY! haha! At our party, me, Em, my dad, Nichole, Ryan, and Kayden did our fantasy league basketball draft, while eating all of the junk food! My favorite was the carmel corn!!! YUMMY!!! Anyways the draft was really fun to do! We all got pretty good teams.. My team is the best tho, ofcourse, cause I got my man DWill on my team! Woo Hoo!! haha Poor Keirsten though, she got sick from eating so much candy. :( So they had to go home right after we were done. After they left, my bff, Kenna, came over and we hung our for awhile! It was a lot of fun. We were pretty crazy! haha Like always! haha Kenna also dressed up for Halloween too.... but i promised i wouldn't tell anyone what she was.... soo... yeahh... haha she looked really cute though! haha Well that was my fabulous Halloween! Haunted Friday night!!!!!! AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

AHHHH!!!! Okay this last Friday was the scariest and one of the funnest nights ever!!! haha Soo this is how it all started... Me and my BFF, Kenna, had NEVER been to a haunted house before, so we decided that we'd better have this expierience and get it over with together, just in case we decided to NEVER go to another one agian!!! haha So yesterday at school we were talking to our really good friend, Jori, about our plans (she's already been to a couple haunted houses before she's brave! haha) and we invited her to come with us, so she could protect us from all of the scary monsters!!! haha So after school, Jor came home with me and we picked up Kenna to go get our warm up shirts for basketball (they look freakin' AWESOME!!!) then we hung out and went to Johny B. Goodes for dinner! After dinner, which we all decided that we ate to much, it was time to go to the Haunted Forest. As we got closer and closer to the forest we all got more nervous! haha It didn't help that we had scary Halloween music playing in the car! haha Finally we got there and i was literally freaking out! (If you know me, you know how scared i get, seriously! I hate scary movies, i hate being scared, i hate not knowing what is going to happen, etc, etc!) haha so anyways finally Jori and Kenna convinced me that we should go and that it'd be fun, so i got the courage to go! YAY!!! haha before we went in, i was so nervous! haha I said a couple of prayers and i was singing church songs!!! hahahaha It was kind of funny cuz the Sunday before in YWs we learned about good media and stuff! haha anyways so finally it was our turn to go in.... O MY GOODNESS!!! It was so scary!!! haha i am so glad that i had my two best friends with me cuz i would not be able to do it without them!!! haha it was so much fun though!!!! We were screaming and lauhging the whole time! After we escaped the haunted Forest, all of our throats hurt sooo bad!!! haha So here is how cool we are... we decided to go to another haunted house!!! Haha the 2nd one we went to was at my mom and step dads theatre, OTAS! It was so CREEPY!!! It wasn't as scary as the haunted forest to me cuz i knew everyone who was in the haunted Hotel!! haha but Kenna Was pretty creeped out at first, i think we all were!!! haha but it was way fun afterwards!!! haha we went through 2 times! haha and Jori protected us!!! Aloha! Sorry that i am so late at posting this post, haha that was weird!, haha. Sometime last month we went up to Utah for my dad's work SLOW PITCH softball tournament! (fast pitch is the real deal, slow pitch= BORING! haha jk) My cousin, Jared, came up with us to play in the tourney with my dad too. They ended up taking 2nd place! Good job, guys!! My dad whined though, because he was SOOO sore! haha try doing that every week in the summer, dad, but competitive FASTPITCH! haha ;) anyways that same weekend one of my really good friends, Kennedi, had brain surgery.. at age 14!!! She is soo brave and amazing! I love her SOOO much! So me and my friend, Kali, went up to visit her. I went and saw her in the morning b4 the tourney on Saturday and Kal saw her later. Me and Emily went to the mall before visiting her and made her and Build-A-Bear! I was so happy to see Kenni, aka Squints!, haha and i am glad that she is feeling better and that she she is back at school! After seeing Ken, we went over to the fields and I babysat by 3 crazy cousins, Zack, Cam, and Luke, baecause my uncle was in the tournament too. It was really fun playing with them.... but it was insane at the same time!! haha they are so energenic and crazy!! haha! Later Emily, Linsey, my grandparents, and Kali came to the fields too. I had fun hanging out with Kali and she ended up spending the night with me at my grandparents house and going to my newborn baby cousin's, Londyn, baby blessing with us! Londyn is SOOO cute! haha After church we all headed over to my Amanda and Josh's, my aunt and uncle, house and ate lunch! Lunch was delicious!! haha And i got to play with my cousins, Taysia, Tanner, Brooklyn, and the boys(Zack, Cam, Luke)! AFter we had to go home, but i had a really fun weekend, visiting Kenni, hanging out with my cousins, and spending time with family!!!

Volleyball is officially over!!!! I had a blast playing this year! This year our record was 4 wins and 3 loses... i think... haha i'm not sure! haha I have to say that the FUNNEST game this season and the FUNNEST, MOST AMAZING volleyball game that i have EVER played was when we played Hawthorne(they have, well had, haha been undefeated for 2 straight years!!).... and we totally DOMINATED!!! WOOO HOOOO!!!! It was so much fun! It was tight! And totally AWESOME!! haha It was very intense, my favorite type of games, haha and EVERYONE was in it to win it!! haha i was on the floor most of the game diving! haha well i am always on the floor haha! That's my favorite part of playing volleyball! After the game, I was SOOO pumped that i even called my best friend, and told her EVERYTHING!! haha it was crazyness!! haha In a couple of games i also got to play outside hitter!!! That was AWESOME!! haha it was sooooooo much fun!! haha We ended up playing Hawthorne in the Championship game...... and we lost. Yeah i was pretty frustrated since i worked hard and some of my teammates didn't really care, UGHHH!!!, haha but yeahhh!!
